Phoenix - Customer Service Manager
Love your job
For Phoenix, working as a Cabin Crew was her greatest dream. It wasn’t easy living away from home but she needed to take a step further in her career. Phoenix decided to relocate and Jetstar gave her the opportunity. It has been a wonderful journey ever since.
As a Customer Service Manager, she was the role model for her team for her perfect grooming. Phoenix also provides excellent customer service and often goes the extra mile for people. There was a time she helped a mother carry her crying baby so that she could prepare the baby’s needs and have a quick lavatory break.
‘You need to be affable, patient and passionate to be in this job. Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life. I’m glad to be in a job I love,’ she says.
