Lisa - Customer Care Manager
The amazing experience
As they boarded the plane home, Lisa took one last look around. Jetstar's partnership with World Vision had achieved so much, and visiting Cambodia to see how StarKids was changing lives had been incredible. These eight days would stay with her forever.
Every project inspired her more. From clinics that offered life-saving immunisation and better nutrition to new facilities providing clean water, they were having an impact where it was needed most. She'd never felt so proud to work at Jetstar.
As they took off, Lisa closed her eyes. As a Customer Care Manager, her entire career at Jetstar had involved looking after people, but few companies made a difference like this. In her mind, she could still hear the kids singing at the school. It was a lovely way to fall asleep.

The special gift
Christmas at Jetstar was always an exciting time, but Lisa knew that this year was going to be extra special.
The Gift of Giving idea was simple – give a $50 flight voucher to each team member to make a passenger's day. They'd all thought hard about who they would give their voucher, but it was one story that had touched everyone's heart – a sick mum travelling with her family around Australia who needed regular treatment in Melbourne. By pooling their vouchers, her customer care team had made all the difference in the world.
Everyone felt proud but for Lisa, this was what customer care was all about – creating special memories that would last a lifetime.
