On the Ground
Our Ground Operations team plays an important and integral role in ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers at the airport. Their roles contribute to a great travel experience for our customers starting from the point of check-in to the point of disembarkation. We believe in collaborating closely with our ground handling partners and transferring our rich experience in operational efficiencies through technology to drive innovative customer solutions at the airport. Our Airport Managers are responsible for delivering a consistent experience for our customers as well as driving port readiness and performance.
