LOCATION

Jetstar Operations Control Centre

Jetstar Operations Control Centre (JOCC) is the nerve centre of our Australia and New Zealand airline. The JOCC manages the logistics and daily movements of around 400 daily flights on a mixed fleet of over 70 aircraft, hundreds of Jetstar crew, tens of thousands of passengers, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

The JOCC consists of team members who specialise in operations, crewing, flight dispatch, customer recovery and aircraft maintenance. Each group use real-time operational information and work collaboratively to maintain schedule integrity and ensure that our customers are delivered safely and timely to their destination.
